Far North Support Alarms provides assistive technology solutions to help people stay connected with the community for longer, providing peace of mind for the alarm user and their family. In the event of an emergency, the alarm provides a way to contact emergency services from anywhere in the home or garden with just a press of a button. Harnessing the latest technology, our alarms deliver a service that provides up to 40 hours’ battery backup in the event of a power outage. Each alarm is supplied with a pendant that can be worn on the wrist or around the neck, allowing the user to activate an alarm call from anywhere in the home, without having to struggle to reach a phone.
We have different alarm package options available, you can opt to include the alarm in your NDIS plan, Home Care Package or you can opt to be a private client. If you are eligible for CHSP funding please contact us to discuss your options.

How does it work?
You need to wear the alarm at all times and if assistance is required you simply press the help button on your alarm and we’ll contact you via the alarm. We’ll then call your nominated contact or the emergency services. We will stay on the alarm to reassure you that help is on its way. Unlike auto dialer alarms, you’re guaranteed that help is always available from our trained professionals and we are able to share your emergency information with 000 so they can prioritise the call to you.
