Peak Plan Managements Corona Virus Response
Peak Plan Management has implemented measures in response to the Corona Virus (COVID-19). We are following advice from the Australian Government and Heath department officials.
At this stage we will continue to deliver our services as usual and our priority is to maintain our high standards of service for our participants and providers. We have invested in secure and flexible working arrangements for our staff. Our only change will be to temporarily suspend face-to-face meetings and offer phone or video meetings instead. We will ensure that both participants and providers are updated if anything changes.
Additionally our phone system can only take a limited number of calls at any one time. If you leave a message for us we will return your call as soon as possible. Alternatively you could send us an email and we will respond. We will continue to keep you updated with any changes at Peak Plan Management.
