What did you find was valuable in your previous roles that now makes you a great Plan Manager?

In my previous roles with Victoria’s emergency services, I worked with vulnerable people in communities. There is a lot of synergy between the roles and supporting people who need assistance navigating the NDIS.

Peak Plan Management is a diverse group of people whose common goal is to provide the best possible service to our participants. We all work together to enable positive outcomes for our participants.

What makes your role as a Plan Manager so satisfying?

We are part of a team, working alongside our valued participants, their nominees, NDIS Support Coordinators, Service Providers, NDIS Partners and Planners.

How do you build trust and make participants feel comfortable?

Trust and respect are earned. I build positive relationships with participants through honest and transparent communication.
