Plan management provide participants with more choice and flexibility within their NDIS plan. I am a great listener which helps me to understand the needs of our participants. I promptly respond to any queries the participants may have.

What makes your role as a Plan Manager so satisfying?  

I help participants manage their NDIS funds to improve their quality of daily life and their independence at home and within the community. I enjoy helping others and want to make plan management for my participants as simple as possible.

Building trust and feeling comfortable are so important to our participants. What do you offer to make sure this is at the centre of how you deal with people? 

I love building trustworthy relationships with participants by listening and understanding. My priority is to get answers back to my participants so they can always trust I am there for any help they need.
