Monthly Statements are sent to the Participant and/or the Participant’s nominee. These can also be sent to you with the participants consent.
Access our Systems
Access to relevant sections of our systems, so that you can see information about the participant in real time.
Our internal system allows us to make service bookings against the participants budget, however we aren’t able to create individual service bookings for specific providers in Proda. You can send us the service agreements you have for your participant and we will quarantine funds for that specific provider. We have also created a standard form that can be used to complete this process for multiple providers and participants. Please email Cossupport@peakplan.com.au for instructions on how to do this.
Our Provider Directory allows all service providers to register their services if they are a provider that we have paid before and who don’t have actionable complaints against their name. Our participants and support coordinators often look at this Directory first if they need support in their area. Support Coordinators will only be added if we have mutual participants.

You will need to obtain permission from a mutual participant to be added to the monthly statements and to our systems.
Once this is done you can send an email listing all mutual participants to Cossupport@peakplan.com.au. You will receive an email from our systems with login instructions. As we onboard new participants you can use this email address to add participants or remove participants based on your needs. Please only use this email for these types of requests.
